Down-time could have major effects on a company’s day-to-day operations, particularly as telephone and internet connections are essential to modern day business.

An office move can help boost morale within a team as well as creating more space for new staff as a company expands. Downsizing when appropriate can also be a worthwhile exercise particularly in rent accommodation where floor space is not used.
